How do I add a new domain to my account? +
In your dashboard, click "Add New Domain", enter the domain, choose your settings, and we'll help you get it set up. You can also create a website for the domain during the same flow.
What happens when my domain renewal is due? +
We send renewal reminders 30, 14, and 7 days before expiration. If we manage your domain, we'll handle the renewal automatically. Otherwise, you'll renew through your registrar.
Can I transfer my existing domain to your management? +
Yes. Contact our support team and we'll walk you through the transfer — including updating nameservers and DNS settings.
How do I update my website content? +
Open your domain dashboard to update content, change templates, edit SEO settings, and more. Changes usually go live within a few minutes.
What payment methods do you accept? +
All major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) through Stripe. Manage your payment methods anytime in your account settings.
