Common questions.

What's the minimum order quantity?
Embroidered apparel typically requires a minimum of 12 pieces. Printed materials like business cards start at 250. We can quote smaller runs on request — just ask.
How long does production take?
Standard production is 7–14 business days after artwork approval. Rush orders are available for an additional fee — we'll give you a firm date with your quote.
I don't have a print-ready logo. Can you help?
Yes. We'll clean up or recreate your logo and prepare files for embroidery or print at no extra cost on most orders. Just send us whatever you have — JPG, PNG, screenshot, even a sketch.
What file formats do you accept?
AI, EPS, PDF, PNG, and JPG. Vector formats (AI, EPS, vector PDF) are best for logos and graphics. If you only have a raster file, we'll let you know if it can be used as-is or needs touch-up first.
Can I see a proof before you start production?
Always. You'll get a digital proof showing exactly how your design will look — placement, sizing, thread or ink colors. Nothing goes into production without your approval.
Do you ship outside Massachusetts?
Yes — we ship anywhere in the country. Local pickup in Marion, MA is free; shipping costs depend on order size and destination.
